Founded in 1997, the company has been family-driven since its start. Jordan, the current owner and main point of contact, took over the business six years ago from his father-in-law, who originally built the company nearly three decades ago. After graduating college, Jordan and his wife returned home to work in the business—and haven’t looked back since.

We are fully insured and licensed as a demolition contractor in Elkhart County and the surrounding areas. Our team handles every project with attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity. We specialize in new asphalt installations, asphalt overlays, milling and resurfacing, asphalt maintenance, and asphalt patching, as well as ongoing asphalt maintenance to extend pavement lifespan and improve safety.

Our site services include excavation, trucking and material hauling, and tree removal, making us a one-stop shop for residential and commercial site prep and infrastructure.
